The Power of Sending Righteous Thoughts

(Minghui.org) I was astonished after listening to two articles on mhradio.org; one was “Paying Attention to Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts,” and the other was “Getting Rid of Chinese Communist (CCP) Party Culture.” I will share some of the experiences that involved these two concepts.

“She Turned Our Place Upside Down”

I was arrested in 2005 and sent to a detention center, where I was in a room shared with more than ten people. We were forced to do labor-intensive work every day.

I fainted one day, and the detention center called an ambulance. Two armed police officers put me in chains and handcuffs and accompanied me to the hospital for emergency treatment. It turned out that my blood pressure reading was dangerously high. The doctor revived me and stabilized my condition.

After I was taken back to the detention center, I started to recite one of Master Li’s poems:

“If you have fear, they will grab youOnce your thought is righteous, evil will collapsePeople practicing cultivation, filled with FaSending righteous thoughts, exploding rotten ghostsGods are in the world, validating Fa”(“What’s There to Fear” Hong Yin II)

I decided to keep sending righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil. Hence, I refused to do slave labor or line up for roll call. I just lay in bed and kept sending righteous thoughts. I thought, “The Monkey King could divide his body into multiple bodies; I can also divide mine into countless ones and surround the detention center layer by layer.” I would be like the Monkey King who got Princess Iron Fan to surrender by entering her belly. I kept sending righteous thoughts, and at the same time, called fellow practitioners in my heart to help strengthen my righteous thinking.

I had a dream a few days later in which the thick fire door of the detention center opened. Not long after, I was released without charges. The police officer who handled my case said that he knew I would never cooperate or write a declaration promising to stop practicing Falun Dafa, so he didn’t try to force me to do so.

After I got back home, a fellow practitioner told me that she was helping me by sending righteous thoughts every day. When my daughter went to the detention center to settle my account, the officer raised her head and said, “Oh, that one. She turned our place upside down.”

“My mom just lay in bed. How did she turn this place upside down?” my daughter said. The officer didn’t answer. We later learned from an insider that there was a fight between the detention center and the officer handling my case. The detention center wanted the case officer to remove me from the facility because my blood pressure was abnormally high, and they didn’t want to be responsible if anything untoward happened to me. However, the case officer refused to do so, and they argued about this issue a number of times.

This was what happened on the surface, while in fact, the event occurred because I was continuously sending righteous thoughts in the detention center while fellow practitioners were sending righteous thoughts outside. In the face of such strong power, the evil beings could not bear it and had to release me.

A Difficult Situation Changed for the Better

Several practitioners and I run a company that specializes in business management. In just a few years, the area became very popular, with an increasing number of new businesses and an endless stream of customers. It became a well-known commercial center.

Dafa practitioners from local businesses and our company formed a Fa-study group, and a female practitioner also set up a materials production center that made informational materials for practitioners to distribute during their truth-clarification work. Everyone was consistently doing the three things to save sentient beings in the area.

Practitioners made sure that everyone who came for an inspection was told the facts about Falun Dafa before they left. In the business center, orders to persecute Dafa practitioners failed to be carried out, and orders from the police to monitor Dafa practitioners were also ignored. The area was like a pure land filled with a peaceful atmosphere during the persecution.

However, the evil old forces had to cause trouble. A businesswoman occupied the best location in the public area and took over the place. When management staff tried to stop her, she complained to various local government departments.

A government official decided to come to our company to investigate. She was scheduled to arrive on the same day as our group Fa-study. I rushed back to the company, and while waiting for the officer, I felt a bit uneasy. I sat down to send righteous thoughts. Almost instantly, I felt a strong wave of energy come to me, and I felt happy and peaceful. My early anxiety had completely disappeared, and my whole body felt pleasant and warm.

The officer arrived ten minutes later, accompanied by a well-built young man who had tattoos on his arms. The officer introduced him as her nephew. I later learned that he was a member of local gangs.

We sat down, and I explained the whole situation to the officer and answered all of her questions. She was very receptive to what I told her and said, “I see. So this is what has happened.” She then stood up to leave.

After I saw them off, I noticed on the balcony that the young man was waving his arms and yelling at her. The officer just looked down and didn’t respond to him. I believe she was supposed to ask me for a bribe, but changed her mind, and he was telling her to carry out the plan.

I rushed back to the Fa-study group and saw my fellow practitioners still sending righteous thoughts. “So, the problem was resolved,” they said calmly. “Yes, how did you know?” I asked in surprise.

As it turned out, after I left, the group studied the Fa for a while and then began sending righteous thoughts to support me. Meanwhile, Master opened one practitioner’s celestial eye. She saw in another dimension a young girl meditating on a lotus flower. Suddenly, a boy ran up and jumped on the flower, trying to unseat her. Believing that the young girl represented me, practitioners continued sending righteous thoughts, and soon, the little boy left. The girl then said, “Things are taken care of, and I will return (to the Fa-study site) soon.”

I figured out that I felt the strong wave of energy exactly when the practitioners started sending righteous thoughts to support me. What happened that day demonstrated the incredible power of Dafa.

The trouble-making businesswoman later told me that there was a voice telling her to “Go make trouble. Go make trouble.” This voice even controlled her legs and made her go out to make complaints.

Sending Righteous Thoughts to Dispel the CCP Party Culture

I read articles about practitioners sending righteous thoughts for their family members who were experiencing problems. Inspired by their sharing, I also sent righteous thoughts for my family to eliminate the toxic elements of the CCP culture, and the effect was quite good.

In the past, my family members were frequently shouting and swearing, and some would lose their tempers. I thought, “If my family members are in an unhealthy state, it indicates that there is an attachment I need to let go, and there are bad elements I need to clear out.

I listened to broadcasts of the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” “Disintegrating the Party Culture,” and “The Ultimate Goal of Communism” while constantly clearing the dimensional fields of myself and my family. After a while, I saw obvious changes. Everyone in my family became calm and more peaceful. It was really amazing.

Master said:

“ …the instant you started sending righteous thoughts they would all be turned to ashes, completely destroyed and unable to amount to anything.” (“20th Anniversary Fa Teaching”)

Master has given the Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples the ability to send righteous thoughts, which enables them to pull through dangerous situations. I hope fellow practitioners will pay more attention to sending righteous thoughts, make full use of the abilities Master has bestowed upon us, assist Master in Fa-rectification, and walk well on the path of Fa-rectification cultivation.
